Description

You will lead BBYO's North Texas Oklahoma Region, driving membership growth, mentoring teen leaders, and planning engaging programs. Your work will expand BBYO's impact on hundreds of teens in the Dallas Metroplex and Oklahoma, supported by a flexible, mission-driven culture.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Reside in Dallas Metroplex and travel regularly within region
• Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights and weekends)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teens to implement annual calendar of programs at chapter and regional level
• Manage teen-led regional board and initiatives, including two overnight conventions
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer advisors for local chapters
• Cultivate relationships with parents, alumni, and community partners
• Use data to drive recruitment and expand BBYO's impact
