💼 About This Role

As a core member of the Forensics team, you'll be the lead detective for Everpure’s most complex technical challenges. You'll perform deep-dive debugging and root-cause analysis on issues spanning large-scale storage platforms. This role offers a chance to work at the intersection of engineering, hardware, and platform teams to resolve high-stakes escalations. You'll architect reliability features that protect the data of the world’s largest hyperscale customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead root-cause analysis for critical escalations across platform logs and hardware telemetry.
• Analyze complex failures from OS layers to low-level firmware and hardware interactions.
• Design and refine automated tools for log analysis and health monitoring.
• Collaborate in cross-functional war rooms to provide evidence and reproduction steps.

📋 Requirements

• Deep systems forensics expertise in storage, kernel, embedded, or networking.
• Multi-layer debugging mastery across OS, platform software, and NVMe/Flash firmware.
• Technical tooling proficiency in Python, Go, or C/C++ and Linux command-line tools.
• Scale automation fluency with CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins.
