• Process tax returns during peak due dates in Mar/Apr and Sept/Oct.
• Answer incoming phone calls and manage appointments.
• Generate invoices per firm billing policies.
• Retain documents via scanning and internal systems.

• Advanced proficiency with CCH Axcess tax processing software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
