You'll manage a portfolio of business customers for an AI-native energy transaction platform, owning the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion. You'll drive retention and growth across 3,500+ SMB customers while supporting early enterprise accounts. This role offers the chance to build scalable account management playbooks and shape the commercial engine at a rapidly growing company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Be primary contact for SMB portfolio, support enterprise onboarding
  • Own retention, expansion, and renewal performance across portfolio
  • Identify gaps in customer journey and design scalable improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to share customer voice and drive projects

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Account management or customer success experience in B2B
  • Strong commercial instincts with ARR and NRR understanding
  • Fluency in CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Ability to manage high-volume portfolio with rigour
