🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily cooling workflows in operations
• Oversee cooling logs completion for all items
• Ensure plating occurs at designated temperature
• Perform critical checks on temperature monitoring equipment
• Run batch cooling processes for hot items

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in USDA or FDA regulated food facility
• Proficiency with G Suite/Google Workspace
