You'll join Prompt's Success Team to support enterprise billing operations for rehab therapy software. You'll become a billing and reporting expert, troubleshoot workflows, and translate customer needs into product improvements. This role offers direct impact on the industry's fastest-growing therapy EMR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot complex billing workflows with enterprise customers
• Document product feedback and translate into engineering tickets
• Identify billing issue patterns and recommend product improvements
• Contribute to internal documentation for scalable support

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a rehab clinician (SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
• Highly analytical mindset for troubleshooting software issues
• Comfortable interacting directly with enterprise customers
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable product feedback

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup or B2B SaaS experience
• 1-3 years on a Support or CX Team
• Experience with Zendesk or similar software
