• Serve as strategic partner to Mighty Pro Hosts during onboarding.
• Facilitate workshops on community design and engagement strategy.
• Deliver training on feature utilization and onboarding flows.
• Own development of Community Design Plans and launch calendars.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of client-facing experience with strategic accounts.
• 2+ years in consulting, coaching, or agency role.
• Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences.
