Requirements

• 1+ year experience in business analysis or similar analytical role
• English B1 or higher
• Basic SQL ability to write simple queries
• Structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems
• Proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Own a product area within an acquisition channel and drive its development
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into specs for engineering
• Define KPIs, track performance, run experiments, and validate hypotheses
• Collaborate with operations, developers, and data analysts daily
• Contribute to improving onboarding flows, reducing churn, and increasing channel utilization
