💼 About This Role

You'll support and automate end-user computing environments using Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure to ensure a seamless and secure employee experience. You'll drive automation and AI-enabled improvements across a global workforce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support and maintain Windows and macOS endpoints and collaboration tools.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Manage endpoint platforms using Microsoft Intune for provisioning and compliance.
• Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in end-user computing or endpoint engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or HTML.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to software asset management tools like Flexera.
• Interest or experience with AI-assisted development and LLMs.
• Experience supporting employees in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
