🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of complex production-grade systems
• Provide architectural guidance and cross-team technical leadership
• Own platform surface areas from design to deployment and iteration
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Clear evidence of operating at Staff scope
• Strong technical foundations in cloud infrastructure and APIs
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on reliability and scalability

• Experience building AI features with LLMs or agent workflows
