🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead key product framework initiatives hands-on
• Perform tactical bug fixes and escalation remediation
• Build relationships across product and non-tech teams
• Solve complex problems in a high-dependency environment

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience
• 2+ years as Lead, Staff, or similar IC PM
• Experience building B2B onboarding for multiple user types
• Experience with regulated or cross-border products

• Startup or scale-up experience in fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of platform scaling frameworks
• Based in EMEA timezone (GMT +/- 3-4 hours)
