Description

You will serve as a critical member of the Customer Engagement Team, managing territory accounts to support the launch of bezuclastinib for Systemic Mastocytosis and GIST. Your role involves building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, executing territory plans, and achieving sales targets while collaborating across the organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or healthcare equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales experience, preferably in Rare Disease/Oncology/Hematology
  • Strong clinical selling, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in large accounts or hospitals required
  • Successful product launch experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage territory accounts by creating relationships with physicians, allied HCPs, and business stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans with branded sales messages and medical education programs
  • Analyze business performance and achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Demonstrate clinical and product expertise and deliver strategic customer education
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and tactics
