You'll develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder program in Orlando. Your core impact will be building partnerships with detox centers, residential treatment centers, and other SUD organizations to expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop territory-level go-to-market strategy for SUD program growth
• Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate referral partners
• Identify barriers to treatment and collaborate to improve access to care
• Gather partner feedback to refine messaging and strategies

📋 Requirements

• Based in Orlando, FL
• 4+ years of sales or business development experience
• Healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience preferred

• Familiarity with SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce
