🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert EHS support to Business Operations team as trusted advisor
• Conduct site assessments, audits, hazard analyses, and safety inspections
• Develop and implement safety programs, training, and risk mitigation strategies
• Support incident investigations and respond to urgent safety concerns

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in high-risk or industrial environments
• ITAR compliance - U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• 50% travel willingness domestically and internationally

• Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related
• Experience with Human and Organizational Performance philosophy
