  • Develop deep understanding of North America Sales Business across all segments
  • Use influence and business insights to mentor senior business leaders
  • Develop and implement talent strategy aligned to business goals

  • Identify and mobilize sales efficiencies through strategic alignment

  • Minimum 10+ years professional related experience
  • Experience supporting a sales organization with executive leadership
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of HR programs including compensation and performance management
