You will lead the evolution of the Moveworks AI Assistant platform, tackling challenging engineering problems in agent orchestration, latency optimization, and LLM self-reflection. You'll set technical direction and mentor engineers while collaborating with ML, security, and product teams to build reliable enterprise AI systems at scale.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience designing and improving production systems at scale
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical design across multiple projects
• Clear communication about complex engineering problems
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, or Java
• Experience building with LLMs and iterating on prompts

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering challenges to build reliable AI agent systems
• Deliver frontier AI distributed systems productionized at scale
• Set technical direction and influence roadmap for broad engineering areas
• Write robust, extensible, and performant code
• Mentor and develop engineers on technical design and execution
