Drive Roofr's partner enablement program for supplier alliances across North America. Own existing branch relationships, provide product training, and foster long-term partnerships. Travel regularly to partner sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
  • Experience with channel partnerships is a huge plus
  • Experience with roofing supply companies is a huge plus
  • Experience with CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRM, Asana, Google suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps for new opportunities
  • Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
  • Provide Roofr product training and onboarding support for new partners
  • Plan, forecast, and meet monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas
  • Organize and host localized community events and meetings
