💼 About This Role
You'll lead the end-to-end lifecycle for a high-priority book of health plan business, driving long-term retention and revenue growth. You'll build trusted relationships with health plan customers and champion clinical and economic ROI through rigorous reporting. This role offers the chance to shape Sword's health plan strategy at a pioneering AI Care company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end account lifecycle for high-priority health plan accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with health plan customers to drive outcomes.
- Navigate payor lines of business (ASO, fully insured, Medicare, Medicaid).
- Own renewal process and identify organic growth opportunities.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years enterprise customer success/account management experience.
- Experience managing national and regional health plans.
- Understanding of payor financial landscape including MLR and value-based care.
- Strong project management skills managing multiple customers simultaneously.
