You'll own the post-sales journey for a Series B AI voice startup, ensuring every customer launches quickly and sees measurable ROI. You'll diagnose blockers, drive high-value use cases, and turn deployments into wins. This role offers massive ownership at the frontier of voice AI technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end post-sales customer journey
• Partner with engineers to troubleshoot production issues
• Educate customers on best practices and new features
• Identify expansion opportunities and growth plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles
• API & integration fluency (REST, JSON, SQL)
• Escalation & incident management experience
• CS/Engineering degree or equivalent experience

• Startup or early-stage TAM experience
• AI/ML, conversational AI, or telephony experience
• Distributed systems or call flow background
