💼 About This Role

You'll lead global network deployments for Crusoe Cloud's AI infrastructure, bridging design and reality. You'll drive automation-first provisioning of switches, routers, and fiber links across new data centers. Expect hands-on work with cutting-edge HPC and GPU clusters.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end network infrastructure deployment in data centers.
• Translate high-level designs into site-specific implementation plans.
• Perform burn-in testing and site acceptance testing for new clusters.
• Automate staging and configuration via Python, Ansible, and ZTP.
• Coordinate with vendors for cabling, power, and cooling standards.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in network engineering with large-scale data center deployments.
• Expert knowledge of structured cabling (SMF/MMF, MPO/MTP) and 400G/800G optics.
• Hands-on experience with Arista EOS, Juniper Junos, or NVIDIA/Mellanox platforms.
• Proficiency in BGP, EVPN-VXLAN, and LLDP for fabric provisioning.
• Automation skills with Python and Ansible.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hyperscale/ISP experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones.
• Diagnostic skills using OTDRs, light meters, and packet captures.
