💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and compliance for a profitable digital media company reaching 30M+ monthly visitors. Your core impact is building the SRE function from scratch so product teams ship faster without compromising reliability. You'll drive a multi-account AWS migration and deliver SOC 2 Type I readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build SRE practice: on-call rotation, PagerDuty, SLAs/SLOs, runbooks, observability dashboards.
• Complete AWS multi-account migration with zero unplanned downtime.
• Deliver SOC 2 Type I audit-ready infrastructure evidence package.
• Implement automated deployment rollback for ECS and Lambda.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years production AWS infrastructure experience with deep Terraform expertise.
• Experience building SRE function from scratch with complete ownership.
• CI/CD pipeline ownership in one or more previous roles.
• PagerDuty experience and setting up on-call rotation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-site PaaS or microservices.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry and Grafana.
• Familiarity with multi-account AWS migration.
