You'll own Ashby's financial model and serve as a trusted partner to leaders across the business, sitting at the intersection of finance and strategy. Your analysis will ground swift decision-making in rigorous financial insight. This is an ownership role with direct impact on company direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve the company's financial model (three statements, headcount, COGS, OpEx, revenue).
• Lead annual planning and ongoing forecasting cycles, partnering with VP of Finance and department heads.
• Conduct ad hoc scenario modeling for major decisions like hiring plans and investments.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting packages for investors and Board.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A within a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to build models balancing speed, accuracy, and clarity.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics (NRR, ARR, CAC Payback, Gross Margin).
• Strong communication skills to partner with business leaders outside finance.
