💼 About This Role

You'll work with Engineering and Design to optimize the user journey from onboarding to trading and payments for the most established crypto brand in the Philippines. You'll drive data-driven decision-making through A/B testing and user research. This role is hybrid in Singapore.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product requirements and user stories with engineering and data teams.
• Conduct user research and analyze data to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness.
• Drive decision-making through quantitative results, A/B testing, and qualitative insights.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or design-related field (e.g., Computer Science).
• Deep experience building and managing crypto, payments, or fintech products.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering user-friendly analytics features.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices.

• Familiarity with Philippines and/or global crypto markets.
• Experience in asset portfolio management and data visualization.
• Ability to work in a data-driven environment and move metrics to reach KPI goals.
