💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical lead for grounded assets, diagnosing and resolving issues for Zipline's global drone fleet. Your work directly impacts life-saving deliveries and maintains operational tempo under strict regulatory requirements. You'll operate in a 24/7 shift environment coordinating cross-team resources.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot grounded aircraft, droids, and docks using approved procedures.
• Coordinate cross-team escalation for complex technical issues.
• Perform log analysis and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Track assets and manage incidents using Zipline ERP and Jira.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with complex systems in high-stakes operational environments.
• Eligible to work in Rwanda.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical writing skills for creating troubleshooting guides.
• Experience with FAA Part 135 or aviation regulations.
• Basic scripting or SQL for data analysis.
