Description

As a Key Holder at Club Monaco, you will support store operations, assist managers with merchandising and inventory tasks, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll help train new associates, supervise the sales floor in managers' absence, and uphold operational and loss prevention standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make autonomous decisions
• Goal-oriented with focus on customer service and sales productivity

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve clienteling and sales goals
• Assist management with training new associates on customer service and product knowledge
• Supervise sales floor and provide direct supervision in manager's absence
• Perform opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with policies
• Participate in merchandising activities including stock maintenance, receiving, and floor standards
