You'll join the Strategy and Performance team in Finance and Corporate Projects, driving data-driven insights and KPI management for XP Inc. Your work will directly impact strategic decisions and performance reporting across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and track KPIs and generate data insights
• Manage budget and cost metrics for the directorate
• Prepare strategies for Performance Committees
• Lead strategic project management initiatives

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions
• Knowledge of project management and executive communication
• Analytical and hands-on profile

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
