Description

You will play a critical role in ensuring customers are confident and successful using Smartly's platform. You'll deliver personalized training, walk them through workflows, and help apply tools to their unique business needs. Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to drive adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer training, onboarding, or enablement (SaaS/MarTech/advertising preferred)
  • Strong track record of delivering live, hands-on training sessions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Empathy and adaptability to different customer levels
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in the Smartly platform and all workflows
  • Conduct 1:1 and small group training sessions
  • Tailor training to customer goals and expertise
  • Drive adoption and long-term satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams
