Description

You will build and lead a high-performing engineering team focused on building a self-served, exabyte-scale Data Services for ingestion and stream data processing. You will set technical standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive innovation to empower Roblox's global community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management experience including roadmap and vision setting
• 8+ years experience with big data tools (Kafka, Flink, Druid, Spark, HDFS, Hive)
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, Python, Helm, Terraform
• Experience with AWS (S3, EMR, EKS)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Partner with product managers, data engineers, and scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions
