🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct discovery with stakeholders to identify engagement opportunities via bots
• Build and communicate a vision and roadmap for bot initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to deliver functional bots
• Define and track success metrics like conversion, retention, and engagement

📋 Requirements

• Product Manager experience delivering user-facing products
• Experience with automation, bots, conversational channels, or CRM
• Analytical ability to prioritize using data, hypotheses, and tests
• Excellent communication and influence skills across areas

• Experience in growth, CRM, or B2C customer engagement
• Familiarity with conversational automation tools or bot platforms
