💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. Your fandom knowledge will help train recruits and ensure success. You'll help drive key KPIs and support daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and use product knowledge to encourage returns.
• Support sales floor and provide leadership when manager is pulled away.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with store KPIs like UPT and ADT.
