Description

You will own core accounting workflows including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and statutory reporting, while strengthening processes for a fast-growing business. You'll partner with Finance, Operations, People, and external parties as a go-to resource for accounting execution and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 3+ years accounting experience, mix of public accounting and retail/hospitality preferred
• Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP IFRS accounting principles
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system

Responsibilities

• Manage UK statutory and group reporting (UK GAAP IFRS) and intercompany accounting across international entities
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Own intercompany journals and reconciliations between entities
• Perform period-end close of the general ledger, including journal entries and accruals
• Build and improve accounting policies, controls, and processes
