💼 About This Role

You'll manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes for our Chennai team. You'll act as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR, payroll, and benefits. You'll drive process improvement and support HR projects across the People & Places team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Manage full employee lifecycle for Full Time Employees
• Act as first point of contact for HR, payroll, and benefits queries
• Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and HR intranet updates

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of HR Operations experience
• University degree in HR, organizational design, or related field
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred)
• Knowledge of India Labour Laws and statutory components
