You'll lead roadway design projects and team growth for a 100% employee-owned engineering consulting firm in Columbus, Ohio. You'll drive business development with local agencies and ODOT while mentoring junior staff and ensuring project success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor roadway design team
• Manage project delivery within budget and schedule
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business
• Perform QA/QC on design deliverables

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of roadway design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• ODOT project experience
