You will lead Nanit's AI team, defining the frontier of pediatric health and parental support by leveraging a massive dataset of infant behavior to create life-changing insights. Your mission is to bridge research and real-world impact, driving innovation in Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Agentic AI while ensuring ethical integrity.

Requirements

• 7+ years building and scaling high-impact AI research teams
• Proven track record managing and mentoring Team Leads
• Strategic execution translating business goals into AI roadmaps
• Expertise in multi-modal data (video, sound, sleep patterns)
• Strong commitment to Responsible AI and ethical integrity

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI roadmap for Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
• Translate business goals into technical research plans
• Lead and scale a high-performance AI research and engineering team
• Partner with Engineering to integrate AI models into production systems
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect Nanit's intelligence engine
