🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain physical condition of property per SOPs and OSHA
• Perform physically demanding work to minimize liability
• Operate system monitoring for life safety systems
• Coordinate maintenance objectives with manager

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC certification or EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• Experience with Entrata, CMMS, or building automation
