💼 About This Role
You'll build automated test infrastructure for high-power electronics at a startup accelerating grid electrification. You'll own the full lifecycle from test strategy through deployment, working with bidirectional converters and high-voltage systems. This role offers direct ownership of test systems that determine shipping speed.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Define test strategy for PCBAs, subsystems, and full systems
- Design and deliver automated bidirectional converter testers
- Build PCBA functional fixtures and system-level interface racks
- Drive debug loops, improve yield, and own station uptime
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience designing automated tests for high-voltage/high-power systems
- Hands-on with scopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads
- Owned a test system from concept through deployment
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with bidirectional AC/DC or DC/DC power sources
- HIL development or embedded firmware validation infrastructure
- PCBA manufacturing functional test and yield improvement
