As a Key Holder at Club Monaco, you will support store operations, enhance customer experience, and assist management with merchandising and inventory tasks. You'll develop professional skills while contributing to sales goals and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work varied hours, stand/walk, and lift up to 20 lbs
• Goal-oriented with focus on customer service and sales productivity

Responsibilities

• Protect customer experience and achieve clienteling/data capture goals
• Assist with training new associates on customer service and product knowledge
• Supervise sales floor in absence of store manager
• Handle opening/closing procedures and ensure policy compliance
• Support inventory preparations and maintain visual merchandising standards
