Description

You will lead analysis on customer acquisition to inform GTM strategy, partner with marketing and revenue teams, automate sales forecasts, and adopt new data tools to improve decision making at a modern data company.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience as data analyst, analytics engineer, or data scientist
• Track record of maximizing business impact and navigating ambiguity
• Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to experiment
• Drive for quality, simplicity, and maintainability
• Strong SQL and dbt skills, working familiarity with Python, experience with data warehouses and ELT

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis on customer acquisition journey to inform GTM strategy
• Partner with marketing, revenue, and customer operations to develop and scale playbooks
• Automate and improve sales forecast rigor
• Test and adopt new tools and workflows, sharing feedback with product teams
• Train teammates on using Hex effectively as a data workspace
