Description

You will lead the adoption consulting practice, defining strategy, building scalable AI-enabled delivery models, and ensuring ServiceNow deployments deliver sustained business outcomes. You'll serve as an executive advisor to clients, embed adoption into delivery, and partner with AI platforms to create role-based training and analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership
• 5+ years with ServiceNow workflow platform
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or platform transformations
• Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (COO, CIO, business leaders)
• Strong understanding of digital adoption and AI-enabled delivery models

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize NewRocket's Adoption Consulting strategy across AMS, EMEA, and India
• Build a scalable delivery model integrating human expertise with AI-generated content and analytics
• Serve as executive advisor to client sponsors on adoption, behavior change, and value realization
• Design AI-powered training and enablement pipelines using workshop recordings and transcripts
• Define leading and lagging adoption indicators and partner with analytics teams for dashboards
