🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead medicinal chemistry strategy across discovery programmes
• Design and optimise novel chemical matter using structure-based design
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex scientific challenges
• Manage external collaborations and CRO partnerships

📋 Requirements

• PhD in medicinal or synthetic organic chemistry
• Significant experience leading medicinal chemistry in biotech/pharma/CRO
• Progression of programmes from lead optimisation to development candidate
• Deep expertise in structure-based drug design and multiparameter optimisation

• Experience with peptides, ADCs, oligonucleotides or targeted delivery
