You'll join a world-leading engineering team designing and developing ultra-low latency market data solutions for Pico's product range, including Redline Trading and Corvil Analytics. Your work will directly impact the performance of global financial markets. You'll solve real-time data normalization challenges as we expand into new markets and deployment models.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop low-latency market data and order execution systems
• Write maintainable C code under Linux for high-performance applications
• Debug and profile using tools like gdb and valgrind
• Collaborate with the team to deliver scalable, real-time data solutions

📋 Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong proficiency in C development under Linux
• Knowledge of high-performance systems and multi-threaded programming
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of financial trading concepts and protocols (e.g., FIX)
• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration) and CI tools (Jenkins)
• Familiarity with Python, Java, or packet capture analysis (Wireshark)
