🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Manage resident accounts, utility billing, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct property walks and inspections to maintain standards.
• Plan and execute annual turnover process with the team.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of property management or living community experience.
• Proficient in property management systems (Entrata preferred).
• Strong customer-centric mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours during peak times.
