You'll join Point B's Intelligent Operations team to drive process automation and modeling projects for clients. You'll support the full automation lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, using low-code and RPA tools. This hybrid role in Portland offers exposure to emerging AI technologies and a collaborative employee-owned firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and test automated workflows using low-code and RPA tools.
• Support data discovery and mapping across systems for automation logic.
• Maintain documentation including process maps and technical specifications.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or process automation.
• Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with SDLC or Agile methodologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI for automation.
• Certification in process automation (e.g., Six Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
