You'll lead and scale a high-performing B2B Account Executive team at Dashlane, a leader in credential security. You will drive significant revenue growth by focusing on 1,000+ employee accounts and pioneering AI-enabled sales strategies to compress cycles and improve deal quality. This role combines operational excellence with transformational leadership.
π― What You'll Do
- Build, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Coach reps through call reviews, role plays, and real-time guidance.
- Guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CISO, CIO, procurement, legal).
- Own net new ARR and ensure consistent quarter-to-quarter revenue growth.
π Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity or identity management markets.
- Experience using Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo for pipeline management.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools for sales acceleration and coaching.
- Background in password management or credential security.
- Experience working with channel partners.
