You will drive significant revenue growth by focusing on 1,000+ employee accounts and pioneering AI-enabled sales strategies to compress cycles and improve deal quality. This role combines operational excellence with transformational leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Coach reps through call reviews, role plays, and real-time guidance.
  • Guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CISO, CIO, procurement, legal).
  • Own net new ARR and ensure consistent quarter-to-quarter revenue growth.

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity or identity management markets.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo for pipeline management.
