💼 About This Role

You'll attract and recruit top talent for Choose's Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Product, and Data teams. You'll own the full recruitment cycle and drive employer branding projects. This role offers a chance to shape HR processes in a fast-growing startup with a beloved product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
• Design and execute structured recruitment processes.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, events, and schools.
• Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through to offer.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in a startup/scale-up.
• Proven ability to structure recruitment processes using scorecards and KPIs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience leading employer branding projects.
