You'll build and lead a team of regional government relations directors, driving flood adaptation policies across states. You'll design systems for accountability and coordination, ensuring the team scales effectively. This senior role supports the State Government Relations Director and is based in Washington, DC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and coach a team of four regional directors
• Contribute to team planning and strategy setting
• Build internal project management systems and workflows
• Serve as bridge between regional directors and DC staff
• Support directors in advocacy and relationship-building

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategy-focused roles in mission-driven organizations
• 5+ years of formal people management experience
• 3+ years in state government relations, lobbying, or senior legislative staffing
• Bachelor's degree required
