πΌ About This Role
You'll own a new Safety business line end-to-end, driving revenue Γ product alignment, sales activation, and delivery. Your work will scale a product used by 250+ local authorities.
π― What You'll Do
- Rebuild and maintain the Safety pitch based on what actually closes.
- Aggregate signals from clients and field into the Safety product roadmap.
- Track installations to identify divergence between shipped and sold.
- Set up Safety acquisition mechanics and make funnel readable.
- Run cross-functional execution with clear plans and dependencies.
π Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in top-tier consulting or demanding startup.
- Hands-on operational execution, not deck-only.
- Analytical skills with deep operational detail orientation.
- High emotional intelligence to move decisions across teams.
β¨ Nice to Have
- Experience with hardware and operational constraints.
- Familiarity with sales enablement playbooks.
- Fluent English required.
