You'll own a new Safety business line end-to-end, driving revenue Γ— product alignment, sales activation, and delivery. Your work will scale a product used by 250+ local authorities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Rebuild and maintain the Safety pitch based on what actually closes.
  • Aggregate signals from clients and field into the Safety product roadmap.
  • Track installations to identify divergence between shipped and sold.
  • Set up Safety acquisition mechanics and make funnel readable.
  • Run cross-functional execution with clear plans and dependencies.

  • 4-6 years experience in top-tier consulting or demanding startup.
  • Hands-on operational execution, not deck-only.
  • Analytical skills with deep operational detail orientation.
  • High emotional intelligence to move decisions across teams.
