Description
You will own revenue growth across a portfolio of North American agency partners while leading a pod of Agency Development Partners. This player-coach role involves direct deal ownership, coaching team members, and driving scalable opportunities within agency holding companies.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading enterprise or agency-led sales motions with revenue ownership
- Demonstrated success as a player-coach carrying a personal quota while leading others
- Strong deal leadership, including closing complex, multi-party opportunities
- Experience forecasting, inspecting pipeline, and holding teams accountable
- Executive presence and comfort operating in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own individual and team revenue targets, leading by example in deal execution
- Drive net-new revenue and expansion across a portfolio of North American agency partners
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder deal negotiations involving agencies, brands, and internal teams
- Coach a pod of Agency Development Partners on pipeline quality, deal execution, and revenue contribution
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Solutions, Product, Customer Success) to advance opportunities
