You will lead AI-driven process improvements and support the global accounting close, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. This player-coach role bridges complex accounting with innovative technology, ensuring automated workflows are compliant and effective.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience (Big Four and in-house preferred)
• CPA required, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Hands-on corporate accounting operations experience with ERP systems
• Project management mindset with ability to oversee project lifecycles
• Proficiency in large ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end global accounting close process
• Coordinate with internal teams and offshore managed services
• Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Finance Systems, and Technical Accounting
• Maintain AI workflows in areas like Investments, AP Accruals, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Leases
• Support internal and external audits by organizing PBC requests and documenting AI workflows
