💼 About This Role

You'll support and optimize Patient Access applications that enable healthcare operations and improve patient experience. You'll configure, maintain, and enhance Epic systems throughout their lifecycle. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to improving healthcare delivery through technology-driven solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve Patient Access system and workflow issues.
• Configure, implement, test, and maintain healthcare applications.
• Support Epic applications including Prelude, Cadence, and Referrals.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects with cross-functional teams.
• Develop testing plans, scripts, training materials, and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in application analysis or healthcare IT.
• Epic certification in Prelude, Cadence, or Referrals (strongly preferred).
• Understanding of system analysis and healthcare workflows.

• Experience with Patient Access systems.
• Ability to obtain Epic certifications.
